Traditions

The Holidays this time of year are so much fun. Every night we do an advent calendar that was a tradition my Mother did for us growing up. It's made of tuna cans that I saved all year. The tuna cans form the shape of a Christmas tree and are fastened to a big board. Inside the 24 Tuna cans are a little prize that is covered and every night, Kaleb gets to "punch" one open and gets something fun. It's a fun tradition and something our family looks forward to every night as we count down to Christmas.

I love this tradition! I do it with my family too. I always was so excited to "punch" as we called it. Mom was so good to do it every year.

That sounds way better than the choclate ones we do. I have to buy 5 because Korey needs his own too. I am so excited that you guys have a blog. I think it is such a great way to keep in touch. Doug's family has one too. It is fun to see his kid. But it is privite. We have not found out if Colby has one or not. We heard they are expecting there 2nd child. Crazy how we are all growing up. Hope all is well with you guys hope to see you sometime this holiday season!-Diana-
